浅埋近距离老空区下复合顶板支护方案及工艺优化 被引量:4

摘要 为解决浅埋极近距离老空区条件巷道的顶板控制难题,本文以1301N工作面上下顺槽为例,根据煤层间距和巷道不同位置,初期提出采用锚(索)网带+工字钢棚进行支护,根据现场矿压观测采取间隔架棚措施,后期结合矿压资料,提出锚网带+锚索桁架梁支护方案。以上两种方案均实现了安全高效掘进,可为类似条件巷道支护提供借鉴。 In order to solve the problem of roof control of the roadway under the condition of shallow buried and very close old goaf, this paper takes the upper and lower grooves of 1301 n working face as an example, according to the coal seam spacing and different positions of the roadway, at the initial stage, it is proposed to adopt the anchor(cable) net belt + I-shaped steel shed for support, and according to the on-site mine pressure observation, it is proposed to adopt the measures of inter shed and frame, and at the later stage, combined with the mine pressure data, it is proposed that the anchor net belt + anchor cable truss beam support scheme. The above two schemes have realized safe and efficient driving, which can provide reference for similar conditions of roadway support.
