摘要 随着支架支撑能力的提高,综采放顶煤工作面顶板管理的重点转移到了两端头,特别是主运端头设备多、体积大,成为顶板管理的重点。中煤平朔集团有限责任公司49202工作面采用了跨转载机的端头支架,转载机改造后与端头支架相互配合推移前进,减少了维护主运端头工作量,同时有效控制了主运端头的矿山压力,为工作面安全回采提供了可靠保证。 With the improvement of support capacity, the emphasis of roof management in fully mechanized top coal caving face has shifted to the two ends, especially the main transport end with many equipment and large volume, which has become the focus of roof management. China Coal Pingshuo Coal Co., Ltd. adopts the end support of the cross-reversed loader in the 49202 working face. After the retrofitting, the reversed loader and the end support cooperate with each other, thus reducing the workload of maintaining the main transportation end. At the same time, the mine pressure at the main transportation end is effectively controlled, which provides a reliable guarantee for the safe mining of the working face.
