高职建筑类专业“双师型”队伍建设路径探析——以北京财贸职业学院为例 被引量:1

摘要 为培养适应甚至引领未来建筑领域发展需求的复合型创新人才,建筑类高职院校需要转变观念,不断提升教师工程素养,建设“双师型”教师队伍。而如何建设“双师型”教师队伍,已成为建筑类高职院校迫切需要攻克的难题。结合北京财贸职业学院建筑工程管理学院“双师型”教师队伍建设实践,提出“双师型”教师队伍的建设思路,以供借鉴。 In order to cultivate compound innovative talents who can adapt to or even lead the development of the future construction field,higher vocational colleges of architecture need to change their concepts,constantly improve the engineering literacy of teachers,and build a"double-qualified"teaching team.How to build a"double-qualified"teaching team has become an urgent problem for higher vocational colleges of architecture.Combined with the construction practice of"double teacher"faculty in the School of Construction Engineering Management of Beijing College of Finance and Commerce,this paper puts forward the construction ideas of"double-qualified"faculty for reference.
