摘要
为了获得具有较好耐磨性能和自清洁性能的PTFE(聚四氟乙烯)涂层,在PTFE中添加环氧树脂和金属氧化物制成混合涂料乳液,将其喷涂在钢铁表面,经固化和烘烤冷却后,制成有色耐磨自清洁涂层,并对涂层的接触角、表面形貌、附着力、硬度、耐酸碱性、耐水性及硬度等性能进行了测试。研究结果表明:涂层表面均匀光滑,铅笔硬度大于6 H,附着力为0级,疏水性及耐酸碱性能优异,具有较好的应用价值。
Epoxy resin and metal oxide were added into PTFE to form a mixed coating emulsion,which was sprayed on the steel surface to prepare a colored self-cleaning coating. After curing and baking,the surface of the coating was uniform and smooth. Results showed that the pencil hardness of the coating was greater than 6 H,and the adhesion force was 0. The performance of hydrophobic and acid-base resistance was excellent,indicating the high application value.
