摘要
介绍了8079铝合金的特点以及8079铝合金双零箔用铸轧板的质量要求,分析了8079铝合金的特性和电解铝液直接配料对双零箔用8079铝合金铸轧板质量的影响,并从配料、熔炼、精炼、在线处理、铸嘴结构及板形控制等方面探索了8079铝合金铸轧板的生产工艺及质量控制措施。生产实践表明,所生产铸轧板的质量完全满足8079铝合金双零箔轧制要求。
The characteristics of 8079 aluminum alloy,and quality requirements of 8079 aluminum alloy casting一rolling plate for double-zero foil were introduced.The characteristics of 8079 aluminum alloy were analyzed,and the effect of direct proportioning of electrolytic aluminum liquid on the quality of 8079 aluminum alloy casting-rolling plate used for double-zero foil was studied as well.The production process and quality control measures for 8079 aluminum alloy casting一rolling plate were explored from the perspectives of proportioning,melting,refining,on-line treatment,casting nozzle structure and plate shape control,etc.The production practice showed that the quality of casting-rolling plates could completely meet the rolling requirements of 8079 aluminum alloy double-zero foil.
