摘要
目的:基于关联规则和因子分析探讨川乌用药配伍规律。方法:以"川乌"为主题,在中国知网数据库进行搜索,纳入符合标准的文献107篇,使用Excel 2013、SPSS Modeler 14.1、SPSS Statistics 21.0统计软件为工具,对符合纳入标准的中药进行频数分析、关联规则分析和因子分析。结果:频数分析发现,内服方共62首,外用方45首。在性味统计中,以辛、苦、甘,温、热、平最为常见,归经以肝经、心经、脾经最为常见;主治疾病中以风湿类、骨科类、神经类居多;关联规则分析中得到关联强度最高的药对组合各10组;因子分析内服方得到公因子10个,外用方得到公因子9个。结论:通过现代信息技术统计分析,明确川乌常用药对,发现其减毒增效的配伍规律,为有毒中药的临床应用提供依据,为新处方研发提供新思路。
Objective: To explore the compatibility regulation of monkshood mother root based on association rule and factor analysis. Methods: With " common monkshood mother root " as the theme,the CNKI database was searched and 107 eligible documents were included. Using Excel 2013,SPSS Modeler 14. 1 and SPSS Statistics 21. 0 statistical software as tools,the frequency analysis,association rule analysis and factor analysis of TCM included in the standard were carried out. Results: The frequency analysis found that there were 62 oral prescriptions and 45 external application prescriptions. The most common flavors are sour,bitter,sweet,warm,hot and flat in the statistics of flavors. Liver channel,heart channel and spleen channel are the most common channel tropism;rheumatism,orthopaedics and neurology are the main diseases;in association rule analysis,each 10 groups of couplet medicines with the highest association strength were obtained;factor analysis showed that there were 10 common factors for oral prescriptions and 9 common factors for external application prescriptions. Conclusion: The common couplet medicines of common monkshood mother root were clarified and the synergy law of reducing toxicity and increasing efficiency were found through the statistical analysis of modern information technology,which can provide the basis for the clinical application of toxic Chinese medicine and provide new ideas for the research and development of new prescriptions.
