摘要
目的:在"健康中国"战略深入实施、新旧动能转换重大工程持续推进的大背景下,分析山东省医养健康产业的发展现状,总结经验,发现不足,提出对策。方法:借助描述统计和空间自相关分析各地市医养健康产业的空间异质性和地理分布格局,并进一步借助数据包络分析其投入产出效率。结果:山东省医养健康产业呈现快速发展的态势,但也存在全产业链条不够完善,结构不够合理;地区发展不均衡、投入产出效率有待提高;多业态融合发展有待深化。结论:建议推进结构改革,拓展健全产业链;因地制宜,优化布局,推动医养产业特色化、集聚化发展;优化营商环境,鼓励科技创新,提高资源配置效率;加强产、学、研、用一体化体系建设;推动全省医养健康产业健康发展。
Objective:Under the background of the implementation of the"Healthy China"strategy and the sustained development status of new and old kinetic energy conversion projects,it aimed to analyze the health care industry in Shandong Province,summarize the experience and shortcomings,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.Methods:Descriptive statistics and spatial auto-correlation analysis were used to explore the spatial heterogeneity and geographical distribution pattern of health care industry in different cities.Data envelopment analysis(DEA)was applied to further analyze the input-output efficiency.Results:The health care industry in Shandong Province showed a rapid development trend,but the whole industry chain was not perfect enough,and the structure was not reasonable enough;also,the regional development was unbalanced,and the input-output efficiency needed to be improved;the development of multi-format integration needed to be further deepened.Conclusion:It was recommended to promote structural reform,expand and improve the industrial chain;optimize layout according to local conditions and to promote the characteristic and agglomeration development of health care industry;optimize the business environment,encourage technological innovation,improve resource allocation efficiency;strengthen the construction of integration system of production,learning,research and utilization;promote the healthy development of the health care industry in the whole province.
