摘要
管状带式输送机在使用过程中普遍存在跑偏的情况,即输送带管的扭转,具体体现为输送带搭接位置由正上方偏转到两侧甚至下方,如不及时纠正可能造成输送带和托辊的异常磨损以及撒料等后果。而现有的测量手段多为人工目测,存在很大的误差,因此提出一种通过直接测量输送带扭转后的位移弧长来间接计算管状带式输送机扭转角度的方法,并进行了现场验证。结果表明测量误差仅为6.3%,且操作简易快捷,具有可行性。
During the operation of the tubular belt conveyor, deviation generally exists, that is the torsion of conveyor belt tube, which is embodied in the fact that the lapping joint position of conveyor belt moves from the upside to the lateral sides or even the downside. If it is not corrected in time, abnormal wear of conveyor belt and idlers as well as material spreading may occur. In view of current measure is by means of manual visual inspection, which is of considerable error, the paper proposed a method of calculating the torsion angle of the tubular belt conveyor via directly measuring the length of displacement arc generated after the torsion of the conveyor belt, and conducted verification on site. The results showed the measurement error was only 6.3%. In addition, the method was simple, rapid and feasible.
