摘要
根据神东煤炭集团采用旋转式铁谱、理化指标分析、污染度测试、光谱分析等油液分析技术的经验,研究分析了油液污染度与磨损颗粒含量、铁磁颗粒指数与铁谱分析技术、添加剂与理化指标之间的关联性,进行了油液分析技术多参数融合综合监测,得到了对设备磨损和润滑进行评估的理论数据。
According to the experience of the oil analysis technology in Shendong Coal Group such as rotary ferro-spectra, physical and chemical indicator analysis, contamination degree test and spectral analysis, the paper researched the oil contamination degree and wear particle content, ferromagnetic particle indicator and ferro-spectral analysis technology, additives and physical and chemical indicators, and then conducted the multi-parameter fusion comprehensive monitoring with oil analysis technology. Finally, the theoretical data of appraising the wear and lubrication of the equipment were obtained.
