摘要
采用扫描电镜、MLA、电子探针、微化分析等手段对黑龙江某银多金属矿石进行了详细的工艺矿物学研究,查明矿石成分、目的矿物种类、相对含量、分布规律及与其他矿物的嵌布关系等特征。结果表明:矿石中银品位465.70 g/t、锰品位9.95%、铅品位0.94%、锌品位0.41%,矿石工艺类型为中硫化物银、锰、铅、锌多金属矿石;银矿物嵌布粒度较细,其中微粒银占63.25%,银矿物主要为辉银矿,且辉银矿与黄铁矿关系最为密切;相比银矿物,锰矿物粒度略粗,较易解离,锰矿物与银矿物嵌布关系密切。研究结果为该矿石选别工艺的确定提供可靠依据。
Detailed study on the process mineralogy of a silver polymetallic ore from Heilongjiang is carried out with SEM,MLA,electronic probe and microchemistry,to find out the ore compositions,target mineral types,relative content,distribution regularities and the embedding relations with other minerals.The results show that the silver grade in the ore is 465.70 g/t,the manganese grade is 9.95%,the lead grade is 0.94%,the zinc grade is 0.41% and the ore is a silver,manganese,lead and zinc polymetallic ore with medium sulfide content according to the process mineralogy;the grain size of embedded silver minerals is fine,of which the microfine silver grain accounts for 63.25%,the silver minerals are mainly argentite and the argentite is closely related to pyrite;compared to silver minerals,the manganese mineral grain size is relatively coarse and easily dissociable,and the manganese minerals are closely related to the silver minerals embedded.The research results provide reliable basis for the determination of mineral processing methods for the ore.
