Jinan has constantly improved its capacity of scientific and technological innovation as the construction of Jinan Pioneer Area for Replacing Old Growth Drivers with New Ones is pushed forward.Maintaining a premier driving force,innovation plays a dynamic role in the economic transformation and development of Jinan.Poly Zhongke Innovation Plaza converging is a massive project of 519,100 square meters in gross floor area,comprising diversified business models such as super-high customized offices,small and medium-sized enterprise headquarters,apartments for talent and expert,and boutique stores.It will become an engine for deepening reform of the science and technology management system and quickening the shift to new growth drivers.Upon completion in May 2022,it's estimated to generate about 10 billion CNY of annual income from technology,production and trade and 1 billion CNY of tax benefit,with the influx of approximately 300 technology enterprises and nearly&000 talents of sci-tech innovation.
