摘要
随着时代的发展,国家、行业、独立学院与企业之间互动不断增加,人力资源需求不断变化,人才培养不再局限于校内的理论知识学习,出现了由国家推动、行业为媒介、独立学院与企业共同发挥各自资源优势的产学研合作人才培养模式,但是在实际执行过程中出现了不少新的问题,引发了新的思考。文章通过对产学研合作机制进行研究,总结出独立学院产学研合作人才培养模式的影响因素,从制度建立、行业人才能力标准构建、独立学院师资力量建设与独立学院课程体系设计优化等方面进行了积极探索,完成产学研合作人才培养的初步实践。
With the development of the times,the interaction among the state,industry,independent colleges and enterprises is increasing,the demand for human resources is changing constantly.Talent training is no longer limited to theoretical knowledge learning in school,there is a talent training mode of I-U-R cooperation promoted by the state,industry as the media,independent colleges and enterprises jointly playing their respective resource advantages.In the actual implementation process,the problems caused new thinking.Based on the research on the mechanism of I-U-R cooperation,this paper summarizes the influencing factors of the cultivation mode of I-U-R cooperation talents in independent colleges,makes active exploration from the aspects of system establishment,industry talent ability standard construction,independent college faculty construction and independent college curriculum system design optimization,so as to complete the preliminary practice of the cultivation of I-U-R cooperation talents.
