以“三段式”针灸技能训练为例探讨中医临床操作教学新模式 被引量:4

Taking "three-stage" Acupuncture Skill Training as an Example to Explore a New Teaching Mode of Clinical Operation of Chinese Medicine

摘要 目的观察"三段式"针灸训练(基础技能提升阶段、系统规范训练阶段、模拟临床操作阶段)对在校大学生临床技能提高的效果,从而建立一种中医临床操作教学新模式。方法纳入成都中医药大学针灸推拿学院在校大学生20名,采用随机数字表将学生分为2组,即对照组(n=10)正常教学+自主训练,试验组(n=10)在正常教学安排的同时完成为期10周的"三段式"针灸训练。训练结束后进行统一的操作技能评定。并在两组内分别择优选取4名同学参加技能大赛比较成绩。结果与自身训练前针灸技能相比,对照组针灸技能明显提升,差异显著(P<0.05);试验组针灸技能大幅度提高,差异极显著(P<0.01)。试验结束后试验组与对照组相比,试验组针灸技能大幅度提高,差异极显著(P<0.01)。试验结束后,与对照组相比,试验组代表选手针灸技能大赛成绩明显提高,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论技能训练可以提高学生操作水平,"三段式"针灸训练对技能提升效率更高、质量更佳。"教师引导,学生自发组织,专家教授作技术顾问"的课后教学模式,可以降低教学难度,提高教学质量。 Objective To observe the effect of "three-stage" acupuncture training(elevation of basic skills, systematic and standardized training, simulation of clinical operation) on improving clinical skills of college students, so as to establish a new teaching mode of clinical operation of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods Twenty undergraduates from the Acupuncture and Massage College of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were enrolled in the study. The students were divided into two groups by random number table. The control group(n=10) received normal teaching and self-training. The experimental group(n=10) completed 10-week "three-stage" acupuncture training at the same time as the normal teaching arrangement. After the training, a unified assessment of operational skills was carried out. In the two groups, 4 students were selected to participate in the skills competition. Results Compared with the acupuncture skills before self-training, the acupuncture skills of the control group were improved(P < 0.05), and the acupuncture skills of the experimental group were significantly improved(P < 0.01). Compared with the control group, the acupuncture and moxibustion skills of the experimental group were significantly improved(P< 0.01). At the end of the experiment, compared with the control group, the scores of the representative athletes in the experimental group were improved(P < 0.05). Conclusion Skills training can improve students’ operation level, and the "three-stage" acupuncture training is more efficient and better in improving skills. The after-class teaching mode of "teacher guidance, student spontaneous organization, expert professors as technical consultants" can reduce the difficulty of teaching and improve the quality of teaching.
