摘要
目的了解各级妇幼保健机构妇女心理保健工作的现况,探索现阶段适宜的妇女心理保健工作模式,为政府部门进一步出台妇女心理保健服务政策文件和专科建设标准提供重要的参考和依据。方法采取问卷调查、电话核实的方法,调查15家妇幼保健机构妇女心理保健工作管理现状、政策支持、投入、工作开展及服务能力等情况。结果开展妇女心理保健工作的机构占46.67%,工作量在万人次以上的仅2家,80%的工作量来自于讲座、小课堂等形式,开展健康教育和健康心理指导的人次偏少,门诊区域设置不足、设备简陋且利用不足,管理制度、岗位职责、诊疗规范、服务流程不健全,无专职人员,非精神科专业医生占91.3%,妇产科医生缺少心理保健意识以及相关专业知识者占85.71%。结论加强领导,提高认识,充实专业人员,增添设施设备,健全和完善管理制度、服务流程、技术规范,为广大妇女提供心理保健服务已刻不容缓。
Objective: To understand the current situation of women’s mental health care work in maternal and child health care institutions at all levels, explore the appropriate working mode of women’s mental health care at this stage, and provide important reference and basis for the government departments to further issue policies and documents for women’s mental health care services and standards for specialist construction. Methods:The methods of questionnaire survey and telephone verification were used to investigate the situation of mental health care management, policy support, input, work development and service ability of women in 15 maternal and child health care institutions. Results: 46.67 % of the institutions working on women’s mental health care work, and only 2 with more than 10,000 workload,80 % of the workload comes from the number of people who carry out health education and healthy psychological guidance through lectures, small classes, etc..Outpatient areas are inadequately equipped,poorly equipped, and underutilized. Management systems, job responsibilities, diagnostic and treatment norms, and service processes are not sound. There are no full-time personnel, 91.3 % of non-psychiatric professional doctors, and Gynecologists lack mental health awareness and related professional knowledge.85.71 %. Conclusion: It is urgent to strengthen leadership, raise awareness, enrich professionals, add facilities and equipment, improve and perfect management system, service flow and technical standard, and provide mental health care services for women.
