冷切削加工高温合金实践

摘要 高温合金属于机械加工中较难加工的材料,冷切削加工性能差。经过长期的实际切削加工,研究总结这种材料的车削、磨削、钻削、铰削四种冷切削加工过程,并给出安全高效切削状态下的刀具几何参数、切削要素参数和加工注意事项,以期为相关学者的研究提供借鉴。 High-temperature alloys is a kind of material which is difficult to be machined in machining, and its cold cutting performance is poor. After a long period of practical cutting, the cold cutting processes of turning, grinding,drilling and reaming of this kind of material are studied and summarized, and the geometric parameters of cutting tools, cutting element parameters and processing precautions under safe and efficient cutting state are given, in order to provide reference for the research of relevant scholars.
