天城坝隧道揭煤瓦斯治理抽采钻孔平孔封孔工艺优化

摘要 煤与瓦斯突出是严重影响隧道生产安全的重大因素之一。天城坝隧道作为煤与瓦斯突出隧道,隧道在开挖之前必须对隧道揭煤段进行瓦斯治理。但是,使用传统的"两堵一注"封孔工艺,仍存在的平孔漏气严重、抽采负压小、抽采浓度低、抽采纯量低等问题。为提,本文提出采用囊袋式注浆封孔法。通过实际应用可知,采用囊袋式注浆封孔法比采用传统的封孔工艺抽采负压平均提高了40%,抽采浓度平均提高了56%,抽采纯量平均提高50%。 Coal and gas outburst is one of the major factors that seriously affect the safety of tunnel production. As a coal and gas outburst tunnel, tianchengba tunnel must be treated with gas before excavation. However, using the traditional "two plugging and one injection" sealing technology, there are still some problems, such as serious flat hole air leakage, small negative pressure, low concentration and low purity. In order to improve the efficiency, this paper put forward the method of bag grouting hole sealing. It can be seen from the practical application that the negative pressure, the average concentration and the average purity of the bag grouting method are 40%, 56% and 50% higher than those of the traditional method.
