摘要
目的探讨3D打印模型辅助案例导向教学法(Case-based Learning,CBL)在神经外科医师规范化培训中的教学效果。方法将2017年1月~2018年10月于陆军军医大学第一附属医院神经外科进行规范化培训的住院医师共计82名随机分为3D打印模型辅助CBL教学组(n=41)和传统教学对照组(n=41),教学结束后对两组学员进行教学效果与满意度评估。结果在理论考试、临床技能考核及教学满意度调查中3D打印模型辅助CBL教学组均优于传统教学组,且具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论3D打印模型辅助CBL教学模式可以有效提高神经外科规培医师对于显微神经解剖和各种手术入路的理解与掌握,提高教学效果,增加教学满意度。
Objective To explore the teaching effect of case-based learning(CBL)assisted by 3 Dprinting model in the standardized training of neurosurgeons.Methods A total of 82 residents who received the standardized training in neurosurgery department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Army Medical University from January 2017 to October 2018 were randomly divided into 3 Dprinting model-assisted CBL teaching group(n=41)and traditional teaching group(n=41).The teaching effect and students’ satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated at the end of the training.Results In the examinations of the clinical theory and skills and the teaching satisfaction survey,the three-dimensional printing model assisted CBL teaching group was found superior to the traditional teaching group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion 3 Dprinting model assisted CBL teaching mode can effectively improve the mastery of microneuroanatomy and various surgical approaches of neurosurgeons,increase the teaching effects and satisfaction.
