摘要
将学生评教的研究视角转向被评价者——教师,通过问卷调查了解对外汉语教师面对学生评教时的看法及心态。研究发现,对外汉语教师抱有良好的自我评价预期,对个人教学评估成绩的满意度较高;受访教师关于对外汉语课型影响评教有效性的主观判断得到数据支持;教师能够辩证看待学生评教制度,普遍将评教功能定位于倾听学生诉求、获得教学反馈以改进教学,而非奖惩与竞争工具,教学评估的负面作用主要体现在教师迎合学生、惧怕创新等教学行为的改变上;教师普遍重视评教制度,但所持心态较为温和与理性;改进建议集中在评教程序科学化及实施人文化两个方面。研究得出启示:学生评教的价值选择和逻辑定位值得重新思考;不同学科的教学特点在学生评教指标体系中需得到个性化体现;应开发评教结果的诊断性研究与数据服务软件,实现教学学术化。
The research perspective of SET(Student Evaluation of Teaching)has been shifted towards the ones under evaluation,that is,CFL teachers,whose attitudes and psychology have been revealed in this questionnaire survey.The research reveals that these teachers have showed a positive self-expectation and felt relatively satisfied with their SET scores.Their objective judgments of how the class formats influence the effectiveness of SET are confirmed by the obtained data.They can view SET dialectically and regard it as a platform for students to express their needs and offer feedbacks for teachers to improve teaching rather than the basis of rewards and punishments or a competitive tool.The negative aspects of SET are primarily about teachers pandering to students and being afraid of innovations.The teachers usually treat SET very seriously,but with calmness and reason.The suggestions on improvement are related to its scientific and humanistic execution.There are three revelations based on this research:the value selection and logical determination of SET need to be reevaluated;the teaching characteristics of different courses need to be represented separately in SET;data-service applications for diagnostic studies of SET need to be developed to achieve more academic education.
