摘要
某活塞发动机采用O形圈动密封,在进行新型润滑油性能验证试验中,密封圈断裂,导致燃气泄漏。为了明确导致密封圈断裂的主要原因,分别对密封圈压缩量、活塞环状态以及润滑油进行了计算、观察与试验。分析结果表明:该发动机活塞密封结构设计合理,热车试验后活塞环状态正常。密封圈断裂是由于润滑油抗氧化性较差造成。润滑油在接触铜后发生氧化反应,导致滑油变质,润滑失效,密封圈断裂后燃气泄漏停车。热车试验结果及试后分析表明:该型润滑油无法满足该型发动机的润滑需求。
The O-shaped seal ring is utilized in the engineering for its reliable sealing.A power test for the effectiveness validation of the new type lubricating oil was discontinue suddenly for the reason of the ring broken and the gas leak.To clarify the main reason of the test failure,a lot of working had been done such as the computation of the compression amount of the sealing ring,the piston ring status and experiment analysis of the lubricating oil.Our results showed that the piston sealing structure was reasonable and the piston ring status was normal after test,the chief reason for the test failure was that the oxidation resistance of lubricating oil is poor.The power test and analysis showed that the tested lubricating oil cannot satisfy the demand of the engine lubrication requirement.
