摘要
只有全面保证设备性能稳定,才能维护稳定的生产运行,在当前自动化、智能化条件下,设备精密程度越来越复杂,对环境、操作等的要求越来越高。文章主要结合机组运行过程中产生的各类问题,对运行中旋转导叶滞缓、防喘放气阀延迟等防喘设备故障原因做全面分析,由此,进一步提出9E燃气轮机压气机喘振原理和防喘措施,有效保证设备良好运行。
Only by comprehensively ensuring the stable performance of the equipment,can we maintain a stable production and operation.Under the current conditions of automation and intelligence,the precision of the equipment is becoming more and more complex,and the requirements for the environment and operation are getting higher and higher.Combined with all kinds of problems in the operation of the unit,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the causes of the faults of the anti-asthma equipment,such as the stagnation of rotating guide vane and the delay of anti-surge and releasing valve.Furthermore,the surge principle and anti-surge measures of 9E gas turbine compressor are put forward to ensure the good operation of the equipment.
