摘要
针对攀西某低品位尾矿进行了资源化利用技术研究。结果表明,针对含铜0.039%、含钴0.0052%的尾矿矿样,采用“铜钴混合浮选 铜钴分离”工艺,可获得Cu品位13.38%、回收率21.19%的铜精矿和Co品位0.32%、回收率17.20%的硫钴精矿;对混合浮选后的尾矿采用“弱磁选 强磁选 重选”联合工艺,可获得TFe品位60.99%、回收率7.12%的铁精矿和K2O品位8.67%、回收率30.68%的云母精矿;对选云母后的尾矿开展多功能矿物硅肥制备研究,可获得有效硅(以SiO2计)含量38.75%的多功能矿物硅肥。该技术可实现攀西某铜矿尾矿减量56%以上。
The resource utilization technologies for low grade tailings from Panzhihua Xichang(Panxi)region are presented.A flowsheet consisting of Cu Co bulk flotation and Cu Co separation is adopted to process the tailings containing 0.039%Cu and 0.0052%Co,resulting in the Cu Co bulk concentrate grading 13.38%Cu and 0.32%Co with recoveries of 21.19%Cu and 17.20%Co.A flowsheet consisting of low intensity magnetic separation,high intensity magnetic separation and gravity separation is then used to beneficiate bulk flotation tailings,yielding an iron concentration grading 60.99%TFe at 7.12%recovery and a mica concentration grading 8.67%K2O at 30.68%recovery.After the mica is separated out,the tailings is used to prepare silicon fertilizer,producing a multifunctional mineral silicon fertilizer with SiO2 grade of 38.75%.It is concluded that with these measures,the copper tailings of Panxi region can be reduced by more than 56%.
