摘要
徐紫薯6号是以徐薯18为母本、徐薯27为父本,经多点鉴定选育而成.该品种参加2014-2015年国家甘薯品种北方薯区特用组区域试验,2年平均鲜薯产量和薯干产量分别达34.95 t/hm^2和9.20 t/hm^2,较对照宁紫薯1号增产27.18%和28.60%.在2015年生产试验中,平均鲜薯产量和薯干产量分别达40.93 t/hm^2和10.99 t/hm^2,比对照增产22.02%和16.76%.2014-2015年2年品质分析结果表明,徐紫薯6号鲜薯花青素质量分数为160.8 mg/kg,干基淀粉为63.34%,可溶糖为15.03%,食味优于对照.徐紫薯6号抗茎线虫病和蔓割病,中抗根腐病,综合抗病性较好.该品种于2016年5月经全国甘薯品种鉴定委员会鉴定通过,建议在江苏北部、北京、河北、陕西、山西、山东、河南、安徽中北部适宜地区作为食用型紫薯品种种植.
The new edible purple-fleshed sweetpotato variety Xuzishu No.6 is bred through hybridization between Xushu 18(female parent) and Xushu 27(male parent) and multi-locational selection. Xuzishu No.6 was participated in the National Special Sweetpotato Regional Trial of Northern Area in 2014-2015, and the results indicated that its average yields of fresh storage root and dry storage root were 34.95 t/hm^2 and 9.20 t/hm^2 respectively, which were separately 27.18% and 28.60% higher than those of the comparison(Ningzishu No.1). In production test of Northern Area, its average yields of fresh and dry storage root of Xuzishu No.6 were 40.93 t/hm^2 and 10.99 t/hm^2, which increased 22.02% and 16.76% higher than those of the comparison respectively. Quality analysis results showed that its anthocyanin content in fresh storage root was 160.8 mg/kg, its starch and soluble sugar contents in dry storage root were 63.34% and 15.03% respectively, and its taste was better than that of the comparison. Xuzishu No.6 was well resistant to stem nematode disease and stem rot disease, moderately resistant to root rot, and had a better comprehensive disease resistance. Xuzishu No.6 was identified as National Varieties Appraisal Sweetpotato 2016011 by the National Sweetpotato New Varieties Appraisal Committee in 2016, which was suitable to plant in the North of Jiangsu, Beijing, Hebei, Shaanxi, Shanxi, Shandong, He?nan, North and Midland of Anhui Province.
