Objective:To observe the effect of modified abdominal breathing training in rehabilitation nursing of patients with stroke recovery.Method:A total of 86 patients in the recovery period of stroke from February 2017 to January 2019 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,43 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional abdominal breathing training, and the observation group was given modified abdominal breathing training. The psychological status, training comfort, nursing cooperation, treatment effect and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:Before training, there were no significant differences in self-rating depression scale(SDS)and selfrating anxiety scale(SAS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After training,SAS and SDS scores and training comfort of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The excellent rate of nursing cooperation and total effective rate of treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The modified abdominal breathing training can effectively improve the psychological status of stroke patients in recovery period, strengthen rehabilitation nursing cooperation, improve treatment effect and reduce complications.
