摘要
目的:探讨宫颈癌前病变筛查中人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)基因分型检测的应用及其临床意义。方法:选取2019年1-6月本院收检的宫颈病变患者156例,对所有患者进行HPV基因分型检测,同时与病理学诊断结果进行比较,分析HPV阳性率、阳性患者各类亚型检测结果和HPV单一、多重感染检测结果。结果:所有患者中,宫颈炎阳性率为44.0%,CINⅠ型阳性率为71.4%,CINⅡ型阳性率为80.0%,CINⅢ型阳性率为87.5%,宫颈癌阳性率为100%,不同疾病分型阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);所有阳性患者中,相对比较常见的是高危型,不同疾病分型阳性患者高危型检出率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);所有阳性患者中,相对比较常见的感染为单一感染。结论:HPV感染和宫颈癌前病变发生存在较高关联性,对宫颈癌的预防和治疗来讲,对疑似者实施HPV检测具有重要的现实意义,有利于筛查宫颈癌前病变。
Objective:To explore the application of HPV genotyping in screening for cervical precancerous lesions and its clinical significance.Method:A total of 156 patients with cervical lesions were selected from January to June 2019,all patients were tested by HPV genotyping.The results of HPV genotyping were compared with those of pathological diagnosis.The positive rate of HPV was analyzed,and the results of various subtypes and single and multiple infection of HPV were analyzed.Result:The positive rates of cervicitis,CINⅠ,CINⅡ,CINⅢand cervical cancer were 44.0%,71.4%,80.0%,87.5%and 100%,respectively,there was significant difference in the positive rates of different disease types(P<0.05).Among all the positive patients,the high-risk type was relatively common,and there was a significant difference in the detection rate of the high-risk type among the positive patients with different disease types(P<0.05).Among all the positive patients,the relatively common infection was single infection.Conclusion:HPV infection is highly correlated with cervical precancerous lesions.For the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer,the detection of HPV in suspected patients has an important practical significance,and is conducive to the screening of cervical precancerous lesions.
