摘要
机车周转方案是铺画机车周转图的基础,建立合理的机车周转方案对于机务段降低运输成本具有重要意义。现有的研究大多是考虑机车在整个运行区段的均衡性,而没有考虑机车在运行线上的均衡性。本文从节约成本与环保的角度出发,通过建模分析了机车运用数量,并讨论了机车在运行线上的均衡性。将机车周转方案分为两阶段模型求解:第一阶段考虑机车运用数量,确定机车运用数量最少;第二阶段考虑机车在运行线上的均衡性,在机车运用数量最少的前提下,通过建模得出机车在运行线上均衡性的最优解。最后通过C++与lingo编程进行了算例分析,验证了模型的有效性。
The locomotive working plan is the foundation of locomotive working diagram,it has a great significance for establishing reasonable locomotive working scheme to reduce transportation costs.Most studies are on the balance of locomotive runs in the section without taking the locomotive balance in running line into account.From the perspective of cost savings saving and environmental protection,this paper analyzes the number of locomotive used by modeling,and discusses the locomotive balance in running line.the model of locomotive working diagram can be divided into two stages:the first stage focuses on locomotive operation quantity and determines the least number of locomotive;the second stage focuses on the balance of locomotive running and can obtain the optimal solution of locomotive balance in running line by modeling under the least number of locomotive.Finally,this paper studies the case with lingo and C++programming,and the effectiveness of the model can be verified.
