摘要
文化扶贫的实质是基于文化功能激发人的内生动力,使贫困群众对有意义理想生活的需要得到最大化满足。在马克思需要理论关照下,文化扶贫不仅着眼于文化的经济功能和认知功能,实现物质意义和生存技能意义的扶助;更重要的是需要充分发挥文化的人文功效,实现交往意义和精神意义的"扶志":以文化"化人",焕发精神风貌,追求理想生活;更新扶贫观念,以准确把握多层次文化扶贫目标、合理优化多维性文化扶贫内容和积极构建灵活性文化扶贫机制是推进文化扶贫实践的根本路径选择。
The essence of cultural poverty alleviation is to stimulate people’s inner power with cultural function so as to maximize the satisfaction of the poor people’s needs for meaningful ideal life. Based on the theory of Marx’s needs, cultural poverty alleviation not only focuses on the economic and cognitive functions of culture, improving people’ s material and survival skills, but also, more importantly, effectively exerts the humanistic effect of culture, realizing the communicative and spiritual significance for building up people’s aspiration: to humanize with culture, glow their spiritual outlook and pursue an ideal life. Then renewing the concept of poverty alleviation, accurately mastering the multi-level goals system, rationally innovating multi-dimensional contents system and effectively constructing flexible guarantee mechanism is the fundamental paths to promote the practice of cultural poverty alleviation.
