摘要 目的探究ICF-CY理论框架在语言发育迟缓儿童评估与干预中的应用。方法基于ICF-CY理论框架,结合《普通话儿童语言能力临床分级评估表》及《制定儿童现状描述表》对1例语言发育迟缓患儿进行语言障碍评估,根据评估结果设计干预计划并进行为期1个月的干预。分析干预后儿童语言障碍发展情况。结果患儿基本沟通能力与语音感知和产生能力较好;词语理解好于命名、句子理解能力较差,能说出简单句;语言能力处于简单句阶段,低于3岁普通儿童语言能力,干预应以简单句训练为重心。结论基于ICF-CY理论框架的语言评估能够细致、全面地反映患者语言能力,为制订康复计划提供有力支持。 Objective To explore the application of ICF-CY theoretical framework in the assessment and intervention of children with language development retardation. Method Based on the ICF-CY theoretical framework, combined with the Standard Assessment Table for Children’s Language Proficiency in Mandarin and Children’s Status Description Table to evaluate the language barrier of a child with language retardation and based on the ICF-CY theoretical framework. The analysis was carried out, and the intervention plan was designed based on the evaluation results, and a one-month intervention was conducted. Results The children’s basic communication ability and voice perception and production ability are better;the word understanding is better than the naming, the sentence comprehension ability is poor, and the simple sentence can be spoken;the children’s language ability is in the simple sentence stage, and the language ability of the ordinary children is lower than 3 years old. Intervention should focus on simple sentence training. Conclusion The language assessment based on the ICF-CY theoretical framework can provide a detailed and comprehensive reflection of the patient’s language ability and provide strong support for the development of rehabilitation programs.
