摘要
高标号混凝土粘聚性比较好,加大了施工中的振捣难度,容易产生工程质量缺陷,基于高标号混凝土本身的这种缺陷,试验从振动棒质量、振捣水平等几个方面对高标号混凝土振捣强度以及蜂窝麻面面积运用数理统计的方法进行方差分析。研究表明:振动棒质量、振捣水平以及它们的交互作用对混凝土强度、蜂窝麻面面积影响均显著,两者交互作用对混凝土强度以及混凝土蜂窝麻面面积影响最明显。
High-grade concrete has good cohesiveness,which increases the vibration difficulty during construction and is prone to engineering quality defects.Based on the defects of high-grade concrete itself,the test is based on the quality of vibrating bar and the level of vibration.The variance analysis was carried out by using the mathematical statistics method for the vibration strength of high-grade concrete and the area of honeycomb surface.The research shows that the vibrating bar quality,vibrating level and their interaction have significant effects on concrete strength and honeycomb surface area.The interaction between the two has the most obvious effect on concrete strength and concrete honeycomb surface area.
