摘要
神府煤是低灰分和低硫分、中等挥发分、高水分、高氧含量、含氧官能团较高、发热量高的难磨煤,成浆性指数C为63.12,属于成浆性很难。红外光谱图显示不存在甲氧基但是其分子中含有大量的羰基(>C=O)、酚羟基、羧基(-COOH)、芳香醚和环醚,以及缔合形成大量的氢键,这些亲水官能团形成空间网状结构,使内水含量增加到4.2%,减少了水煤浆体系中流动的水,从而提高水煤浆的表观粘度。
Shenfu coal is a low-ash and low-sulfur,medium-volatile,high-moisture,high-oxygen content,high oxygen-containing functional group,high calorific value of hard-wearing coal,and the pulpability index C is 63.12,which is difficult to slurry.The infrared spectrum shows the absence of methoxy but the molecule contains a large amount of carbonyl(>C=O),phenolic hydroxyl,carboxyl(-COOH),aromatic ether and cyclic ether,and association to form a large number of hydrogen bonds,these hydrophilic functional groups form a spatial network structure that increases the internal water content to 4.2%,reducing the water flowing in the coal water slurry system,thereby increasing the apparent viscosity of the coal water slurry.
