摘要
本文简要介绍了酸化压裂洗井技术的原理、施工工艺及适用性等,并探讨了其在浙江桐乡某地碳酸盐岩地热储层地热井增产中的应用成效。通过分析地热井测井和编录资料,酸化压裂洗井的实施,成功扩大了地热井周边热储层的裂隙,有效沟通了热储通道,使得地热井的在降深减小的情况下,涌水量由120m^3/d增加至205.55m^3/d,出水温度由54℃上升至62℃。结果表明,本工艺对于桐乡地区碳酸盐岩储层地热井的增产是具有可行性的,可为今后类似项目提供经验。同时,针对不同区域的地热井进行酸化压裂时,应注意前期相关参数的分析、模拟计算、酸液配比及残留物的排出等,以免影响压裂效果或造成环境污染。
This paper expounds the theories,technique points and application condition of acid fracturing technology,and discusses the application for increasing the production of geothermal well from carbonate reservoirs in Tongxiang area,Zhejiang Province.By analyzing the logging and geological compiling data,it indicates that the acid fracturing technology can successfully expand the fractures of geothermal well reservoirs,effectively communicate the heat reservoir,increase the water yield from 120m^3/d to 205.55m^3/d and raise the temperature from 54℃to 62℃in the case of reduced drawdown.The results show that acid fracturing technology is feasible to increase the water yield from carbonate strata in Tongxiang area;in addition,it can provide reference for future projects.Meanwhile,for acidizing fracturing of geothermal well in different regions,it should pay more attention to simulation calculation of the related parameters of early stage,rationing the acid and discharged the residue after acidizing fracturing,which can avoid affecting the effect of acidizing fracturing or causing the environmental pollution.
