摘要
目的:观察空气压缩雾化联合动画视频对学龄前支气管哮喘患儿急性发作的应用效果。方法:选取住院治疗的支气管哮喘急性发作期学龄前患儿136例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组68例。对照组患儿采用空气压缩雾化吸入药物治疗,观察组患儿采用空气压缩雾化联合观看动画视频模式治疗,比较两组患儿肺功能变化、配合程度、平均住院花费及住院时间。结果:观察组配合率为89.71%,高于对照组的73.53%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患儿肺功能指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、一秒率(FEV1%)、最大呼气流量(PEF)和用力肺活量(FVC)均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组平均住院花费、平均住院时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在空气压缩雾化基础上联合动画视频治疗学龄前儿童支气管哮喘急性发作效果显著,可提高患儿配合度,改善肺功能,减少住院花费、缩短住院时间。
Objective: To observe application effects of animated video combined with compressed air nebulization on preschool children with bronchial asthma at acute stage. Methods: A total of 136 preschool children with acute bronchial asthma were enrolled in the study. They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 68 cases in each group. The control group was treated with compressed air nebulization inhalation, while the observation group was treated with compressed air nebulization inhalation combined with animated video. The changes of lung function, the degree of cooperation, the average hospitalization cost and the hospitalization time were compared between the two groups. Results: The cooperation rate of the observation group was 89.71%, which was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the lung function between the two groups before the treatment(P>0.05). After the treatment, the FEV1, FEV1%, PEF and FVC were significantly higher in the observation group than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The average hospitalization cost and average hospitalization time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: On the basis of compressed air nebulization, animated video treatment for the preschool children with bronchial asthma at acute stage has significant effects, and can improve the children’s degree of cooperation, improve the lung function, reduce the hospitalization costs, and shorten the hospitalization time.
