摘要
目的探讨妇科腹腔镜手术治疗良性卵巢肿瘤的效果及术中出血量。方法采集2015年1月-2018年12月收治的30例良性卵巢肿瘤患者随机数字表分组。传统开腹手术治疗组进行传统开腹手术治疗,妇科腹腔镜手术治疗组进行妇科腹腔镜手术。分析比较两组效果;术中出血量水平;手术前后患者卵巢功能指标和生活质量评分;并发症。结果妇科腹腔镜手术治疗组手术效果更高(χ^2=8.893,P<0.05)。传统开腹手术治疗组显效、有效、无效、总有效率分别是6例、4例、5例、66.67%(10/15),妇科腹腔镜手术治疗组显效、有效、无效、总有效率分别是12例、3例、0例、100.00%(15/15)。手术后妇科腹腔镜手术治疗组卵巢功能指标和生活质量评分优于传统开腹手术治疗组,其中,AMH、FSH、E2、生活质量分别是(3.24±1.21)ng/mL、(7.15±1.21)mIU/mL、(135.24±13.21)pg/mL、(94.01±2.01)分,而传统开腹手术治疗组分别是(2.55±0.26)ng/mL、(6.21±1.21)mIU/mL、(111.21±5.44)pg/mL、(80.35±2.57)分(t=5.034、6.824、5.013、6.913,P<0.05)。妇科腹腔镜手术治疗组术中出血量水平(48.02±10.45)mL优于传统开腹手术治疗组(t=5.213,P<0.05)。妇科腹腔镜手术治疗组并发症低于传统开腹手术治疗组(χ^2=7.034,P<0.05)。结论良性卵巢肿瘤患者行妇科腹腔镜手术效果确切,可减少出血量,减轻对卵巢功能的影响以及改善患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of gynecological laparoscopic surgery on benign ovarian tumors and intraoperative blood loss.Methods A random number table of 30 patients with benign ovarian tumors admitted from January 2015 to December 2018 was collected.The traditional open surgery group was treated with traditional open surgery,and the gynecological laparoscopic surgery group was performed with gynecologic laparoscopic surgery.The effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared;the level of intraoperative blood loss;the ovarian function index and quality of life score before and after surgery;complications.Results The gynecologic laparoscopic surgery group had a higher surgical effect(χ^2=8.893,P<0.05).The traditional open surgery group was obvious effective,effective,ineffective,and the total effective rate was 6 cases,4 cases,5 cases and 66.67%(10/15),respectively.The gynecological laparoscopic surgery group was obvious effective,effective,ineffective,and the total effective rate was 12 cases,3 cases,and 0 cases,100.00%(15/15).The ovarian function index and quality of life score of the gynecological laparoscopic surgery group were better than those of the traditional laparotomy group,including AMH,FSH,E2,and quality of life were(3.24±1.21)ng/mL,(7.15±1.21)m IU/mL,(135.24±13.21)pg/mL,(94.01±2.01)points,respectively.The traditional open surgery group was(2.55±0.26)ng/mL,(6.21±1.21)mIU/mL,(111.21±5.44)pg/mL,(80.35±2.57)points(t=5.034,6.824,5.013,6.913,P<0.05).In the gynecological laparoscopic surgery group,the intraoperative blood loss level was(48.02±10.45)m L,which was better than the traditional open surgery group(t=5.213,P<0.05).The complication of gynecological laparoscopic surgery group was lower than that of traditional open surgery group(χ^2=7.034,P<0.05).Conclusion The gynecologic laparoscopic surgery for patients with benign ovarian tumors is effective,which can reduce the amount of bleeding,reduce the impact on ovarian function and improve the quality of life of patients.
