Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on the Pregnancy Outcome of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Hypertension in Nursing Intervention Mode

摘要目的分析护理干预模式下全方位护理对妊娠期糖尿病(简称GDM)合并高血压(简称HDCP)产妇妊娠结局的影响。方法该研究主体为2017年4月-2019年4月间来院治疗的100例GDM并HDCP产妇。分A组和B组,均50例,行全方位护理与常规护理。对比护理效果。结果A组的产妇并发症率为8.0%,B组为22.0%(χ^2=3.843,P=0.049);新生儿不良事件率为8.0%,B组为24.0%(χ^2=4.762,P=0.029)。护理后,A组的空腹血糖(简称FBG)为(4.66±0.69)mmol/L,B组为(6.41±0.75)mmol/L(t=12.142,P=0.000);餐后2 h血糖(简称2 hPG)为(6.99±0.75)mmol/L,B组为(8.62±0.81)mmol/L(t=10.441,P=0.000)。A组的舒张压为(89.34±12.06)mmHg,B组为(101.48±12.66)mmHg(t=4.331,P=0.040);收缩压为(135.78±19.45)mmHg,B组为(143.65±19.57)mmHg(t=2.017,P=0.046)。结论为GDM并HDCP产妇行全方位护理可改善妊娠结局,避免发生意外情况,且能够纠正产妇的血糖与血压水平,效果理想。 Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing on the maternal pregnancy outcome of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)with hypertension(HDCP).Methods The main body of the study was 100 GDM and HDCP women who were treated in the hospital from April 2017 to April 2019.In group A and group B,50 cases were performed,and all-round care and routine care were performed.Compare the effects of care.Results The maternal complication rate was 8.0%in group A,22.0%in group B(χ^2=3.843,P=0.049),8.0%in neonatal adverse events,and24.0%in group B(χ^2=4.762,P=0.029).After nursing,fasting blood glucose(FBG)in group A was(4.66±0.69)mmol/L,group B was(6.41±0.75)mmol/L(t=12.142,P=0.000);2 h postprandial blood glucose(referred to as 2 hPG)was(6.99±0.75)mmol/L,and group B was(8.62±0.81)mmol/L(t=10.441,P=0.000).The diastolic blood pressure of group A was(89.34±12.06)mmHg,group B was(101.48±12.66)mmHg(t=4.331,P=0.040);systolic blood pressure was(135.78±19.45)mmHg,group B was(143.65±19.57)mmHg(t=2.017,P=0.046).Conclusion Comprehensive care for GDM and HDCP women can improve pregnancy outcomes,avoid accidents,and correct maternal blood glucose and blood pressure levels.
