摘要
目的探究人性化服务在糖尿病护理中的应用价值及有效性。方法该研究涉及对象为2018年2月—2019年2月间该院收治的90例糖尿病患儿,分为常规组(45例)与干预组(45例),给予常规组常规护理,给予干预组人性化服务。对比两组患儿的血糖控制情况、自我效能评分、生活质量与护理满意度,使用统计学进行分析。结果干预组护理后空腹血糖与餐后2 h血糖均优于常规组(P<0.05)。干预组护理后自我效能评分与生活质量均优于常规组(P<0.05)。干预组护理满意度均优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患儿使用人性化服务,有效提升自我效能,控制血糖,改善生活质量,得到满意评价,具有显著的护理效果。
Objective To explore the application value and effectiveness of humanized services in diabetes care.Methods The study involved 90 children with diabetes from February 2018 to February 2019 in the hospital,divided into the conventional group(45 cases)and the intervention group(45 cases).The routine group received routine care and the intervention group was given humanized service.Blood glucose control,self-efficacy scores,quality of life and care satisfaction were compared between the two groups,using statistical analysis.Results The fasting blood glucose and the 2 h postprandial blood glucose in the intervention group were better than the conventional group(P<0.05).The self-efficacy score and quality of life of the intervention group were better than the conventional group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was better than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of humanized services for children with diabetes can effectively improve self-efficacy,control blood glucose,improve quality of life,and obtain satisfactory evaluation.It has significant nursing effects.
