摘要 为了研究不同浓度的聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)对新疆加工番茄产量及土壤环境的具体影响,2018年6-9月在新疆五家渠市(准噶尔盆地东南部)进行大田试验,在2种灌溉方式下,即100%灌溉水量(与当地农业生产保持一致)和70%灌溉水量,设置了3个PAM浓度水平50、100、200 g/m^2,考察了其对土壤体积含水率、土壤温度、土壤盐度及番茄株高、茎粗、叶片气孔阻抗和番茄产量的影响。结果表明,PAM可显著提高土壤体积含水率,且在70%灌溉水量处理下,100 g/m^2浓度的PAM保水效果最为显著;PAM的施加显著降低了土壤温度,浓度为100 g/m2时最大降低4℃;PAM的增产效果显著,同时进行30%灌溉用水亏缺与施加PAM 100 g/m^2,番茄产量提高296%。在该试验条件下,PAM提高加工番茄产量的最佳用量为100 g/m^2左右。 In order to study the specific effects of different concentrations of polyacrylamide(PAM)on processed tomato yield and soil environment in Xinjiang,the field experiment was conducted in Wujiaqu City of Xinjiang(southeast of the Junggar Basin)from June to September,2018.With two irrigation quotas,such as 100%irrigation water(full irrigation,consistent with local agricultural production management)and 70%irrigation water,three concentration of PAM(50 g/m2,100 g/m2 and 200 g/m2)was set in the test to analyze its effect on soil volumetric water content,soil temperature,soil salinity,and plant height,stem diameter,leaf stomatal resistance and yield of tomato.The results showed that PAM could effectively increase the volumetric water content of soil.Under the 70%irrigation water treatment,the water retention effect of PAM at a concentration of 100 g/m^2 was the most significant.The application of PAM reduced the soil temperature,the maximum decrease reached 4℃when the concentration was 100 g/m^2.PAM had a significant yield-increasing effect.The yield of processed tomato increased by 296%with 70%irrigation water and application of 100 g/m^2 PAM.To increase the yield of processed tomato,the optimum concentration of PAM is about 100 g/m^2 under the conditions of this experiment.
