摘要
果糕集合了水果多种营养成分,具有保健效果,深受百姓喜爱。本文介绍了果糕行业发展现状,分析了果糕加工中存在的问题,并提出了建议,以期为果糕行业的健康发展提供科学参考。
Fruit cakes have a variety of nutrients in fruit,which have health effects and are very popular among the people.This paper introduced the development status of the fruit cake industry,analyzed the problems in the processing of fruit cakes,and put forward suggestions to provide a scientific reference for the healthy development of the fruit cake industry.
