摘要
目的:调查分析老年人使用智能手机获取和利用健康信息的情况。方法:通过实地访谈和问卷发放,对哈尔滨市香坊区372位老年人使用智能手机获取健康信息的情况进行调查,利用SPSS 24.0软件对所获得数据进行分析。结果:汇总性别、年龄、收入、文化程度、健康自评、健康意识等相关因素可知,老年人通过微信转发和朋友圈获取健康信息的比例为22.99%,关注特定疾病相关信息的比例为13.38%,关注健康网站安全性问题的比例为18.08%。结论:年龄、收入、健康状况与健康意识等均会影响老年人获取健康信息的途径,老年人获取健康信息存在信息来源单一、专业权威信息渠道缺乏等问题,需从拓宽健康信息获取渠道、加强在线健康信息服务参与度等方面入手,提升老年人使用智能手机获取健康信息的质量。
Objective To investigate and analyze the accession and use of health information with intelligent mobile phone in community elderly people.Methods The accession of health information with intelligent mobile phone in 372 elderly people in Xiangfang District of Harbin was investigated by interviewing and issuing questionnaires on the spot.The data were analyzed by SPSS 24.0.Results The summarization of gender,age,income,education level,self assessment of health,awareness of health showed that elderly people who accessed to health information by transmitting WeChat in circle of friends,focusing on specific disease-related information and the safety of health Website accounted for 22.99%,13.38%and 18.08%respectively.Conclusion Age,income,condition of health and awareness of health will affect the accession of health information in elderly people.The elderly people access to health information simply from the individual information sources and lack of authoritative information channels.It is thus necessary to improve their health information accession with intelligent mobile phone by expanding the health information accession channels and strengthening the online information service participation.
