摘要
工程造价管理渗透在水利工程建设施工的各个环节,投标阶段工程造价管理会直接影响工程项目的总体造价监管工作的开展状态,需要对当前我国水利工程项目投标阶段的造价管理工作中存在的问题进行分析,制定出和其问题相对应的管控措施,切实保障项目施工活动的品质。
The project cost management is penetrated in the various construction processes of water conservancy project.The cost management of the project in bidding stage will directly affect the development status of the project’s overall cost supervision work.It is necessary to analyze the problems existing in the cost management work of the current water conservancy project in bidding stage,formulate corresponding management and control measures and effectively guarantee the quality of project construction activities.
