摘要
乡村振兴实施过程中,精神层面的村庄文化与实施层面的村庄规划相结合,发挥文化在村庄规划中的引领作用是需要认真思考的问题。本文以怀柔区北房镇大罗山村为例,阐述一个普通村庄在规划中遇到的困境,通过找寻历史文化,让文化起到引领作用,并将文化印记落实在村庄规划中,解决村庄生态环境、产业发展、公共服务设施等多方面的问题,推动村庄发展。
In the process of rural revitalization,the combination of the village culture at the spiritual level and the village planning at the implementation level,and the leading role of culture in village planning is a problem that needs serious consideration.This article takes Daluoshan Village in Beifang Town,Huairou District as an example to illustrate the difficulties encountered by an ordinary village in planning.By looking for history and culture,let the culture play a leading role,and implement the cultural imprint in the village planning to solve the problems of ecological environment,industrial development and public service facilities of the village so as to promote the development of the village.
