摘要
批评与自我批评是党的优良作风,是严肃党内政治生活的有力武器。高校基层党组织在党的生活中努力实现批评与自我批评常态化具有现实逻辑,这不仅符合新时代中国特色社会主义发展的需要,也是推动高校落实"全面从严治党"并向基层延伸的必然要求,更是确保高校教育改革朝正确方向发展的关键要素。要破解实现高校基层党组织批评与自我批评常态化的现实困境,需借鉴历史经验教训,在实践中注意加强党性教育与学习反思相结合的自律机制;把握原则和注重方法相结合的长效运行机制;坚持榜样引导和氛围教化相结合的环境导向机制;规范组织生活与加强制度管理相结合的监督保障机制。
Criticism and self-criticism is excellent working style of Chinese Communist Party,and also a great power for managing the Party political life.Nowadays,it is meaningful to normalize criticism and self-criticism in Party life in grass-roots Party organization of colleges and universities.Normalizing criticism and self-criticism is necessary for the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in new era,and meets the demand of comprehensively strengthening Party discipline from authority of colleges and universities to grass-roots organization.Meanwhile,that also plays a key role in ensuring development of reform of college education in right direction.Solving the problem of normalizing criticism and self-criticism in grass-roots Party organization of college needs references in history.Self-discipline mechanism of combining strengthening Party spirit education and studying self-examination,long-term mechanism of grasping the principles and focusing on methods and environment-oriented mechanism of persisting in leading by example and educating by Party environment supervision and security mechanism of combining regulating organization activity and strengthening system management should be established.
