摘要
目的分析吗啡泵在我国肿瘤癌痛患者护理中的应用现状,梳理研究的相关热点问题,旨在为开展吗啡泵的临床应用提供理论支持。方法检索发布于国内科技期刊上关于吗啡泵的文献,采用文献计量学的方法进行统计分析。结果共纳入符合标准的文献34篇,合著率较高;广东省发文量最多;基金资助论文较低,仅占3.57%;论文总被引频次较少,仅为21次,文献质量偏低。结论国内有关吗啡泵在肿瘤癌痛患者护理中的研究日益增多,但文献质量较差,应注重培养护理人员科研素养,促进质量提升。
Objectives To explore current implementation of morphine pump in nursing for patients with cancer pain and relevant hot topics to promote the application of morphine pump in clinic.Methods Articles were researched on implementation of morphine pump in Chinese databases.Bibliometrics analyses were used to analyze the data.Results Totally,34 pieces of articles were included which had high rate of cooperation.Majority of them were performed in Guangdong province.Only 3.57%of them had funding support.In addition,papers were rarely cited,with solely 21 times.Besides,identified articles had poor quality.Conclusions More researched on nursing for the implementation of morphine pump in nursing for patients with cancer pain.However,articles on this topic had poor quality.More attention should be paid to the cultivation of nursing staff to promote the research quality.
