摘要
对传统二维图纸交底缺点及BIM技术交底优势进行分析。分析了BIM技术应用点,包括碰撞优化、成果汇报、可视化技术交底、工程量、管理平台及标准化手册等,找出最适合房建专业的BIM应用点并分析其建模与模型质量把控和模型优化与质量管控方法,为类似工程提供借鉴。
Analyze the shortcomings of traditional 2D drawings and the advantages of BIM technology. Analyzed BIM technology application points,including collision optimization,results reporting,visualization technology,engineering quantity,management platform and standardization manual,etc.,to find the most suitable BIM application point for housing construction and analyze its modeling and model quality control. Model optimization and quality control methods provide reference for similar projects.
