摘要
人职匹配理论是职业选择与职业指导的基本原则,该理论认为,进行职业选择时应将自身个性与某职业特征相联系。职业生涯发展教育对高职学生尤为重要,高职院校应基于人职匹配理论,对学生开展职业指导工作,提高职业教育质量,帮助学生客观地认识自己,提高专业知识与实践能力,实现人职匹配。
As the basic principle of career choice and career guidance,the personality-job fit theory holds that personality characteristics should be related to the features of a certain job when making career choices.Career development education is especially important for higher vocational students.Therefore,higher vocational colleges should carry out career guidance work for students based on the personality-job fit theory,in order to improve the quality of vocational education,help students to objectively understand themselves,and improve their professional knowledge and practical ability.
