摘要
以聚苯乙烯(PS)为模板剂,用共沉淀法制备了La1-xCexNi0.7Fe0.3O3系列钙钛矿复合氧化物,并用XRD、N2吸附-脱附、FT-IR、H2-TPR、SEM等对钙钛矿复合氧化物的晶体结构、还原性能、比表面积和孔径等进行了表征,同时将该复合氧化物用于乙醇水蒸气重整制氢反应,考察了其初活性和抗积碳性能。结果表明,当Ce离子的掺杂量增大,钙钛矿复合氧化物XRD主相峰出现偏移,产生晶格畸变,其表面形貌由疏松向紧密过渡,比表面积先增大后减小,其平均孔径出现增大现象,Ce离子的掺杂,钙钛矿复合氧化物的还原温度降低且还原能力增强。同时,掺杂量影响其催化活性,当x=0.4时,钙钛矿复合氧化物是具有低温初活性和抗积碳能力。
La1-xCexNi0.7Fe0.3O3 perovskite-type oxides were synthesized by using the polystyrene colloidal crystal templating method through co-precipitation process.The crystal structural,reduction properties,specific surface area and pore size of the obtained oxides were investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD),N2 adsorption-desorption,Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer(FT-IR),H2 temperature programmed reduction(H 2-TPR)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM),meanwhile,carbon deposition and initial catalytic activity for the ethanol steam reforming(SRE)reaction have been studied.The results showed that with the amounts of added Ce,the main phase peak of the XRD main phase of the perovskite composite oxide shifts,resulting in lattice distortion.The surface morphology changed from loose to tight,and the specific surface area increased and then decreased,the average pore size increased,with the doping of Ce,the reduction temperature of the perovskite composite oxide decreased and the reducing ability was enhanced.Meanwhile,the catalytic activity was affected with the doping amount of Ce.When x=0.4,the perovskite composite oxide had low temperature initial activity and carbon deposition resistance.
