摘要
目的探讨护士绩效考核模式在麻醉科护理管理中的应用效果。方法根据麻醉护理工作性质,建立多方位的绩效考核体系,包括职称系数、岗位系数、工作质量的考核、护理各项质控、科研、奖罚、积极参与院部的各项指令性任务等方面。选取2017年12月~2018年5月(绩效考核实施前)与2018年7~12月(绩效考核实施6个月后)麻醉科护士及麻醉手术科人员(麻醉医生、手术室护士)进行问卷调查。比较绩效实施前后麻醉科护士满意度、麻醉手术科人员对麻醉护理服务的满意度以及护理质量。结果绩效考核实施后的护士满意度(85.71%)高于实施前(35.71%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。绩效考核实施后的麻醉手术科人员对麻醉护理服务满意度(94.00%)高于实施前(78.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。绩效考核实施后的患者护理质量、药品质量控制及医院感染控制评分均高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新绩效考核模式实施后,提高了麻醉科护士的工作满意度,改善了麻醉手术科人员对麻醉护理服务满意度,提高了麻醉护理的质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of the nurse performance appraisal mode in nursing management of anesthesiology department.Methods According to the nature of anesthesia care work,a multi-faceted performance appraisal system was established,including job title coefficient,post coefficient,work quality assessment,quality control of nursing,scientific research,reward and punishment,and actively participating in the various directive tasks of the department.The questionnaire was conducted among anesthesiology nurses and anesthesiologists(anesthesia doctors,operating room nurses)from December 2017 to May 2018(before the implementation of performance appraisal)and from July to December 2018(after 6 months of performance appraisal implementation).The satisfaction of anesthesiology nurses,the satisfaction of anesthesiologists to nursing services and the quality of nursing were compared before and after the implementation of performance appraisal.Results The satisfaction of nurses after the implementation of performance appraisal(85.71%)was higher than that before implementation(35.71%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of anesthesiologists to nursing services after the implementation of performance appraisal(94.00%)was higher than that before implementation(78.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of patient nursing quality,drug quality control and hospital infection control after the implementation of performance appraisal were higher than those before implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After the implementation of the new performance appraisal model,the satisfaction of the anesthesiology nurses is increased,the satisfaction of anesthesiologists to nursing services is improved,and the quality of anesthesia nursing is improved.
