摘要
合成了1,3,5-三苯基吡唑啉,并将其用作亚光镀锡的添加剂。结果表明:1,3,5-三苯基吡唑啉具有一定的整平作用。在1,3,5-三苯基吡唑啉0.3 g/L、甲基磺酸亚锡15.4 g/L、甲基磺酸(质量分数为70%) 40 mL/L、甲醛3 mL/L、DMF 10 mL/L、十二烷基硫酸钠0.5 g/L、电流密度2.0 A/dm^2、温度20℃、时间10 min的条件下,可以获得较为均匀的亚光镀锡层。另外,镀液具有较好的分散能力、覆盖能力和深镀能力。
The 1,3,5-three phenyl pyrazoline was synthesized, and it was used as an additive for preparing matt tin coatings. The results showed that the 1,3,5-three phenyl pyrazoline has a certain leveling effect. A uniform matt tin coating can be obtained under the conditions of 1,3,5-three phenyl pyrazoline 0.3 g/L, stannous methanesulfonate 15.4 g/L, methyl sulfonic acid(w=70%) 40 mL/L, formaldehyde 3 mL/L, DMF 10 mL/L, SDS 0.5 g/L, current density 2.0 A/dm^2, temperature 20 ℃ and time 10 min. Furthermore, the electroplating solution has better throwing power and covering power.
