摘要
研究了用氢氧化钠搅拌浸出含锑烟灰制备焦锑酸钠。考察了碱浸过程中温度、氢氧化钠质量浓度、液固体积质量比、反应时间对锑浸出率的影响,以及碱浸滤液加双氧水氧化制备焦锑酸钠过程中温度、双氧水用量对焦锑酸钠产量和质量的影响。结果表明:在温度80℃、液固体积质量比15/1、氢氧化钠质量浓度360 g/L、反应时间1 h条件下,锑浸出率为88.85%;碱浸滤液中加入理论量1.2倍双氧水,在80℃下反应可获得高质量的焦锑酸钠。
The preparation of sodium pyroantimonate using the dusts containing antimony by stirring leaching with sodium hydroxide was studied.The effects of reaction temperature,sodium hydroxide concentration,liquid-to-solid ratio and reaction time on leaching of antimony and the effects of reaction temperature and hydrogen peroxide dosage on yield and quality of sodium pyroantimonate during the oxidation of alkali leaching solution and hydrogen peroxide were studied.The results show that the leaching rate of antimony is 88.85% under the conditions of temperature of 80 ℃,liquid-to-solid ratio of 15/1,sodium hydroxide concentration 360 g/L and reaction time of 1 h,and the high quality sodium pyroantimonate can be obtained by adding 1.2 times for theoretical hydrogen peroxide to alkali leaching solution and reacting at 80 ℃.
