花旗松素包合物制备工艺及水溶性的研究 被引量:3

摘要 以丙二胺和β-环糊精为原料合成丙二胺单修饰-β-环糊精,再与花旗松素通过使用正交试验设计来确定花旗松素与丙二胺-β-环糊精单修饰的最优包合条件;并采用SEM对其进行表征及紫外光谱测定包合物的水溶性。实验结果表明:花旗松素与丙二胺-β-环糊精单修饰的最优条件为投料比1:2,反应时间2 h,反应温度45℃;其水溶性为0.9418 mg/mL,比原来增大18.53倍。 The mono-modification of propylenediamine-β-cyclodextrin was synthesized from propylenediamine andβ-cyclodextrin,and then the optimal inclusion conditions of citrin and propylene diamine-beta-cyclodextrin mono-modified were determined by orthogonal design.The inclusion complex was characterized by SEM and its water solubility was determined by UV.The results showed that the optimum conditions for the modification of Taxifolin and propylene diamine-β-cyclodextrin were as follows:feed ratio was 1:2,reaction time was 2 h and reaction temperature 45℃.The water solubility was 0.9418 mg/mL,which was 18.53 times higher than the original.
