摘要
人事档案管理工作的主要特征体现在现实性、机密性、真实性及动态性几方面。现实性指为人事管理工作提供全面、详实、准确的参考资料,充分挖掘和利用员工内在潜能,实现对事业单位内部人力资源要素的优化配置和高效利用。机密性要求相关工作人员在日常业务参与过程中,应严格遵守和执行保密制度。真实性强调管理人员应始终坚持和恪守认真细致的工作态度,始终坚持和执行真实性、完整性及权威性原则,确保人事档案数据信息资料的客观准确。动态性要求对人事档案资料中的信息进行及时更新,保障人事档案信息在内容组成方面具有真实性和有效性。探讨了人事档案管理工作的现存问题,提出了人事档案管理工作的优化策略。
The main characteristics of personnel file management are reflected in the reality,confidentiality,authenticity and dynamic aspects.Reality refers to providing comprehensive,detailed and accurate reference materials for personnel management,fully tapping and utilizing the internal potential of employees,and realizing the optimal allocation and efficient utilization of human resources elements in public institutions.Confidentiality requires relevant staff to strictly abide by and implement the confidentiality system in the process of daily business participation.Authenticities emphasizes that managers should always adhere to and abides by a serious and meticulous work attitude,and always adhere to and implement the principles of authenticity,integrity and authority to ensure the objective and accurate data and information of personnel files.The dynamic requires that the information in the personnel files be updated in time to ensure the authenticity and effectiveness of the personnel file information in terms of content composition.This paper discusses the existing problems of personnel file management,and puts forward the optimization strategy of personnel file management.
