摘要
目的:探讨30R胰岛素与50R胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的疗效及安全性。方法:随机将2016年1月~2018年2月接收的84例2型糖尿病患者分为两组,A组采用30R胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗,B组采用50R联合二甲双胍治疗,比较两组的临床疗效与治疗安全性。结果:两组治疗前后的FPG、2hPG、HbA1c水平及低血糖发生率比较差异不明显(P>0.05),但B组血糖达标时间明显短于A组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:30R胰岛素与50R胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的疗效相当,但50R胰岛素联合二甲双胍的治疗方案能缩短患者血糖达标时间,更值得在临床上应用。
Objective:To discuss the efficacy and safety of 30R insulin and 50R insulin respectively combined with metformin in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:84 patients with type 2 diabetes received from January 2016 to February 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.Group A was treated with 30R insulin combined with metformin,and group B was treated with 50R combined with metformin.The clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in the incidence of FPG,2hPG,HbA1c and hypoglycemia in the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05),but the blood glucose level in group B was significantly shorter than that in the group A,and there was a significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effects of 30R insulin and 50R insulin in combination with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes are equally,but 50R insulin combined with metformin can shorten the patient's blood glucose standard time,more worthy of clinical application.
